Admin Operation - Solo

Description:

• Performing know-your-customer (KYC) process, document authentication, verification, and fraud detection.
• Inspect and swipe the frame machine number of car (validity checking) and safely take the original BPKB
• Create an In-Out BPKB journal for each transaction
• Ensuring all the documents and checking verification has been completed with a good quality report.
• Coordinate with head office for other matters related to branch operations
• Make daily, weekly and monthly reports related to branch performance, including carrying out stock taking
• Execute and comply with all of company SOP

Requirements:

• Min. Education Diploma 3
• Having experience minimum of 1 - 2 years as an operational and administration.
• Able to create reports & data analysis and excel/spreadsheets
• Responsive & ability to coordinate with multiple parties
• Possess good knowledge of car condition (body, engine, interior, and exterior).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
• willing to work Monday - Saturday
