Responsibilities
• Record and book all transactions in the factory according to the correct allocation of funds• Create weekly operational fund requests• Assist in verifying and validating inventory receipts and expenditures, as well as physical checks• Ensure implementation of applicable tariff or wages and overtime policies• Monitor and record employee attendance• Create daily summaries of oil and kernel product receipts and expenditures• Create summaries and verify all local job payments• Archive all factory documents/admin• Check, summarize, and verify payments
Requirements
• Minimum S-1 education• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position in the Palm Oil Plantation• Understanding of administration and accounting processes in the Palm Oil Plantation business• Willing to be placed in the Palm Oil Plantation in Mesuji Lampung• Ensure the job vacancy matches the job title• No suspicious investment business or unclear MLM membership• Note: If the job opening is not from a large company, such as an individual or small CV, the above tips can be ignored
