Job Responsibilities:
- Regular purchasing activity.
- Handle PO (Purchase Order) Documents and Processes.
- Handle Quotations.
- Handle invoicing.
- Handle export-import documentation and procedures.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years experience as admin and/or purchasing in trading company.
- High conversational English (to present report verbally and written reports directly to Japanese).
- Computer literate.
- Hard worker, detailed, and reliable.
