Job Desk :
- Actively coordinating with other departments to process Sales Team’s agreement signing
- Create filing system for Sales Team’s agreement documents
- Assisting sales team to create and update records of loan booking, disbursement, etc
- Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure timely and accurate processing of sales orders
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and objectives
- Support team with research and creative ideas.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- 1 Year Experience as sales admin will be a plus
- Good financial knowledge
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- proficient in using Gdrive tools (spreadsheet & gdoc)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
