Job Desciption:
Follow-up requests for PO
Inputting PO into the system
Coordinate stock availability and needs
Checking the completeness and providing travel documents (POD) to the finance team
Responsible for checking sales data
Ensure customer-requested with product stock
Checking the suitability of PO data entered in system
Input SKU on the system
Qualification:
Minimum Diploma any major (would be prefer Administration, Finance, and Accounting)
Proficient using Ms. Excel, spreadsheet, and google form
Detail-oriented
Have a minimum 1 years experience as an Admin
