Admin Shipment Monitoring

Requirement:

• Preferable Men
• Fresh Graduate or having work experience is an added advantage.
• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in any major; preferable in Management Transportation & Logistics or a similar field.
• Age: 22 – 25 years old
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Having interest in Logistics & Transportations Services
• Capability to work outside office
• Have a high initiative, detail oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Basic proficiency in English is required and Korean will be plus.
• Able to join ASAP

Job Description:

• Responsible to monitoring Shipment, and Loading-Unloading truck and collect information from vendor
• Ensuring project fulfill the requirement, condition and Documents Truck is good
• Support Customer for shipment progress and results
• Managing Ritase system for Shipment Process (Project Nestle)
• Analyze transporter performance for shipping lead time and document return in weekly report
• Making approval invoice to customer every week
