Our company is specialized in CCTV, LED, Sound and light systems.
We design systems from scratch, install them and maintain them.
Many of our projects are customized designs
We are looking for an administrative assistant to do the following tasks:
• Maintain the Finance Admin, Invoices, quotations.
• Prepare Work orders, material lists etc
• Order materials and product from our suppliers
• Make planning for the staff (Schedule)
• Help to make quotations for customers.
• Assist in making designs for customer (will be teached if needed)
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian
• Dedicated worker.
- Experience in maintaining administration
- Organized and efficient
• Excellent communication skills

- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,150,000 per bulan
