JavaMifi is a Technology company that provides connectivity & Internet of Things products including Wifi Internet Unlimited for both Indonesian customers and international travelers. We are looking for an energetic Admin Support Online with the following Job descriptions:
- Doing activation modem/electronic
- As main helpdesk to handle complaints, question, give solution with technical guide and sales service
- Responsible to fast respons for handling every incoming chat, email that come in
- Make report and tracking costumers complaints and solutions
- Helping for troubleshooting electronics, gadgets, and etc
Requirement :
- D3/S1 with IT major will be priority
- ⁠Having huge interest in electronic and IT infrastructure
- Good communication skill
- Good logical thinking
- Good typing speed and languange
- Multitasking capability
- Able handling costumers complain through technical solution
- Advance knowledge in operating Android and Iphone
- Advance knowledge in electronic and telecomunication
- Fluent in English will be an advantage
- Able in shifting
