Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Admin/Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a university degree level in accounting, a strong understanding of profit and loss and balance sheets, and a minimum of 2 years of working experience with Xero accounting software. Basic knowledge of tax regulations is also required.
Responsibilities:
- Update expenses and sales data weekly into Xero accounting software.
- Cross-check reports and input petty cash transactions into Xero.
- Input stock information into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Record monthly salaries and process monthly expense payments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Basic knowledge of tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
