Candidate’s Desirable Criteria :
- Minimum Graduated Diploma D3 with intermediate English communication skills
- 2 years administrative position
- Proactive, assertive, result and goal-orientated
- Ability to develop strong relationship with target clients
- Candidate preferrably possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration / Management or equivalent
Your Task
- Identifying, planning and implementation of shipping document preparation
- Planning and organize client’s cargo pickup, packing and stuffing schedule
- Preferably live around Kuta area
- Required language(s): English
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Computer, Typing, Communication
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support to ensure all tasks are done in a timely manner
- Self motivated to maintain a good relationship with Suppliers and Service providers
- Undertake day-to-day activities and administrative task in the office
