Administration Staff

Requirements:

• Batam residence only.
• SMK or equivalent is preferred
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Industrial and manufacturing equipment fields or equivalent.
• Able to source and understand various industrial product specification.
• Able to liaise with supplier and contractor (local and overseas).
• Familiar with document submission for BPJS and kantor Pajak.
• Basic HR skill is required as our company need to comply with related regulation (example : Depnaker)
• Understand purchasing procedure in manufacturing company (from quotation, PO till invoice).
• Familiar with Import and export procedure and shipping term.
• Possessing of driving licenses type C (motorbike) and/or type A (car)
• Good character honest, diligent, hardworking, polite, punctual, responsible, and willing to learn new things.
• Good attitude and skill for problem solving and able to follow rule and working procedure.
• Able to work independent, with minimum supervision, and update work progress continuously with reports.
• Owning an international travel document is a plus point.
• Familiar with industrial estates area in Batam.
• Able to use PC and Microsoft Office is a must.
