Administration Support Coordinator

-Day to day task will be working under Merchant Operations Team on managing GrabFood project and activation, collaborating with various stakeholders. -Responsible for end-to-end project management from brainstorming, conceptualizing, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and project execution, to post event reporting and evaluation, drawing conclusions and action items from data and on-ground observations. Other ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.

-Work and collaborate across team and stakeholders as part of GrabFood Jabodetabek Merchant Operations Team QUALIFICATION: -Minimum educational background: S1 (Graduated) -Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English, as well as public speaking and presentation skills -Analytical and critical thinking thinking with strong problem solving skills -Detail-oriented (in both data and organizing / planning) and discipline with timeline and guidelines -Independent individual with excellent team-working skills -Understand how to use Microsoft Office and GSuite and are fluent in the usage of shortcuts, formulas, and pivot tables -Ability to work in fast-paced environments -Experience in project management is desired
