Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to telephone and email enquiry and requests.
- Providing stakeholders, prospects, and other parties with accurate and timely advice on programs and services.
- Responding and following up enquiries via phone and email with accurate and timely information - and then recording contact information in HubSpot.
- Assisting the CEO and Operations Manager with new business development opportunities.
- Process and follow up payments.
- Accurately update and maintain various information in accordance with requirements.
- Assist with the development of organisational policies and procedures.
- Organise first aid schedules and coordinate workshops and bookings internally and with our partners.
- Complete reporting on statistical data as required.
- Ensure compliance requirements are met across operation administration.
- Assist with other duties where necessary and as required.
Qualifications:
- Experience and deep understanding on maintaining data using HubSpot.
- Fluent in English (near-native English communication skills).
- Passionate about customer experience.
- Professional, loyal and motivated to be part of a growing team and business.
- Ability to integrate into a growing team who are extremely dedicated to their roles, but always strive to have fun and support each other.
- Well organised, great time-management skills and computer literacy.
- Excellent communicationskills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and show initiative.
