Affiliate Management

Job Description:

• Identify, onboard and incubate growth for mid to long-tail e-comm creators to foster trust and ensure sustainable creator payouts
• Formulate and implement diverse creator campaigns to constantly motivate creator activation and achieve sales goal
• Work closely with affiliate product team to optimize the creator experience
• Identify affiliate creator pain points and work with cross functional teams to solve key challenges

Requirements:

• Min. 1 year experience of creator e-comm affiliate partnership management; mixed experience in social media platform side and brand side
• Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming and Strong relationship with creators and creator agencies is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, good team player, fast learner and agile
• Strong in leadership skills, attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving
• Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
