After Sales Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities : 

• Ensuring all After Sales operations run properly and correctly. Starting from the process of receiving goods suppliers, packing processes and parts delivery processes to customer, Ensuring company invoices are paid on time by customer.
• Monitoring and control aftersales packing operation
• Monitoring and control packing and stuffing CKD Operation
• Regular performance reporting and analysis
• Monthly inventory checking and reporting

Qualifications : 

• Min have Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Logistic
• Min 5 years experience in similar position
• Automotive industry is preferable
• Understand about logistic and supply chain process
• Able to communicate and understand English fluently
• Experience working with foreigners
• Strong leadership skill
