- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management
- Having a minimum 3 years working experience in automotive industry
- Having experience in dealer / showroom workshop management, which include managing parts, accessories, labour and monitoring warranty claim process until documenting and reporting
- Excellent in Microsoft office, familiar with ERP / SAAS or similar software
- Strong communication and coordination skills, as this role will be aftersales representative to communicate with other departments
- Strong leadership skills, as this role will oversees aftersales performance in each showroom and also ensuring compliance procedure to its process.
