Job Description:

  • Creating program concepts for Customer Satisfaction work plans
  • Monitoring the development of Customer Satisfaction at Dealers
  • Monitoring of National Dealer Survey and Customer Care Manager (CCM).
  • Ensuring the performance of the team and making work reports

Requirements :

  • Minimal Bachelor Degree from Management / Communication / Business / Marketing from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.25
  • Have experience as auditor customer service in automotive (preferable)
  • Willing to work out of town

Skills

  • Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point (minimal intermediate)
  • Fluent in English (verbal & written)
  • Analyzing, presenting and reporting
