Job Description:
- Creating program concepts for Customer Satisfaction work plans
- Monitoring the development of Customer Satisfaction at Dealers
- Monitoring of National Dealer Survey and Customer Care Manager (CCM).
- Ensuring the performance of the team and making work reports
Requirements :
- Minimal Bachelor Degree from Management / Communication / Business / Marketing from reputable universities with minimum GPA 3.25
- Have experience as auditor customer service in automotive (preferable)
- Willing to work out of town

- Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point (minimal intermediate)
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
