SOP Development and Enhancement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for after-sales processes.
- Ensure that SOPs are comprehensive, aligned with organizational objectives, and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
Adherence Monitoring:
- Regularly monitor and assess adherence to SOPs within the after-sales department.
- Conduct audits or assessments to identify deviations or non-compliance and collaborate with stakeholders to address and rectify issues.
Knowledge Sharing and Professional Development:
- Actively participate in knowledge-sharing initiatives within the organization to promote the adoption of best practices in after-sales operations
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve SOPs and processes.
Project Management:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and deliverables, for after-sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria.
