- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication using solid arguments
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Present new products to prospective clients
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a CRM
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Job Requirement:
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Proficient in English
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Having experience in handling Big 6 Agencies for minimum 3 years is a must
- Having customer success mindset
