We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Airport Greeter to represent Park Hyatt St. Kitts at the airport. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests upon their arrival in St. Kitts and is responsible for providing a warm welcome, assisting with luggage, and ensuring a smooth transition to the resort’s transportation facilities. 

Airport Greeter may at times be asked to assist with escorting guests, their luggage and personal items to and from the guest rooms during slow periods or as needed.

This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and hotel or local recommendations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Greeting Guests: Warmly welcome guests at the airport, displaying a professional and friendly demeanor.

    Guest Assistance: Assist guests with their luggage and guide them to the resort’s transportation area.

    Information Provision: Offer guests information about the resort, services, amenities, and local attractions.

    Coordination: Liaise with the resort's transportation team to ensure timely and efficient transfer of guests.

    Guest Queries: Address any immediate queries guests may have upon arrival.

    Feedback Collection: Gather initial feedback on guest experience and communicate any concerns to the resort management.

    Documentation: Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals and departures.

     

    Qualifications:

     High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality is a plus.

    Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality or travel.

    Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous.

    Knowledge of the local area and attractions.

    Ability to stand for extended periods and handle guests’ luggage.

    Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
