Job Description:
- Manage the stock allocation & replenishment for all stores across all channels & categories.
- Identify the bestsellers and slow movers and take appropriate action to meet business objectives.
- Creating an Intelligent buy plan at the SKU level after analysing all stock related KPIs.
- Produce price amendments as directed by Merchandiser/Assistant Merchandiser and communicate to the Retail.
- Review all costs, retail, and VAT within a specific product file prior to receipt highlighting to Merchandiser/Assistant Merchandiser and amending as directed.
- Visit stores on a regular basis to make sure the best store stock is healthy Liaise with the brand principal to share routine reports on business performance.
- Establish collaborative working relationships within Teams and across functions.
- Design and manage assortment and range plan for new merchandise Manage and track the OTB plan, esp. spend vs approved OTB.
- Budget Monitor stock fill rates, both at TP & PO level.
- Handling the delivery issue or related to late GR and managing the DC stock as per Brand request for New Store allocation.
- Manage the additional merchandise allocation from Brand and Merchandising for specific campaign or promo that requires double display.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in marketing, Business Management, Retail, or a related field.
- Min 2- 3 years’ experience in merchandising in the Retail industry.
- Must be creative and detail oriented.
- Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel & Pivot is a must.
- Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English
- Highly numerate and strong commercial focus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
