Minimum D3 in Engineering major
GPA minimum 2.75
Minimum 4 years experience in Service Operation
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for coordinating information and provide support related to new product incoming technology of MEP (including commissioning, sea trial, and field follow). - Accountable and responsible for coordinating Partner in Quality (PIQ) events to Factory level. -Responsible for managing outputs by identifying, monitoring and reporting on key performance areas and indicators. - Responsible for ensuring SHandE, Legal and all SOP compliance are implemented properly. -Responsible for monitoring SIMS report quality to ensure data quality to get better analysis on Product Issue management. - Accountable and responsible for updating and responding to issues and backlogs triggered from PI/PS product problem local update and validate customer and product information to ensure backlog list is integrated. - Responsible for updating fixed technical resolution (Factory Program, Product Issue) into system database to ensure outstanding list database are updated. - Responsible for defining resources required for event (related with Product Issue) and communicate information to CM / Event Planner to ensure all resources are identified for the event. - Accountable and responsible for reviewing performance of Product Problem technical requests meeting SLA (on Internal Only) and Service Letter Compliance and define continuous improvement to meet the target. - Responsible for giving assistance on technical aspect to other parties (Part Supply Chain, Service Ops, etc.) e.g., OWSS / safety vendor support, fire extinguisher, pre lube, including product issue. - Responsible for communicating to CAT Reps regarding pre-approval of Goodwill. - Responsible for communicating with CAT Reps and Head Office internal team regarding product / technical issue and deliver recommendations during consultative session by using dedicated systems.
