Ancillary Manager

The ideal candidate for this position will succeed in this role if they have both knowledge and technical depth about the company and the industry. This is essential as they will be a central person in the decision making process, working with multiple individuals across different teams when necessary. As a result, they will also be overseeing specific personnel.

Minimum Qualification :

• Minimum a General Practitioner / Dentist (with Master's degree in Management)
• At least 2 years of experience especially working in a Type B Hospitals and experience in JCI Hospital accreditation
• Strong leadership skills and human resource
• Responsive in handling problems regarding ancillary services
• High Integrity, Loyal, and Dedicated
• Will be placed in Ciputra Hospital Surabaya

Responsibilities :

• Create, develop, implement and evaluate Ancillary Services programs (Radiology, Laboratory, Physiotherapy and Pharmacy)
• Ensure all parts of Ancillary services run according to standards
• Assess the performance of subordinate staff based on work achievements as a material in developing and improving the quality of hospital services
• Maintain good communication with the Ancillary Services Team and Doctors
• Manage daily operations
• Oversee multiple personnel
• Help with onboarding and training
