Talent Management Specialist
Job Description
  • Analyze, monitor and evaluate the implementation of the employee life cycle concept, namely attraction, recruitment, on boarding, development, retention and separation
  • Analyze and evaluate talent needs to develop effective and creative recruitment strategies to attract the best talent including using analytical data to measure effectiveness in recruitment efforts and make recommendations for improvement
  • Update industry trends to improve the talent acquisition function
  • Manage the database of permanent employees of ANTAM, ANTAM fixed term employee and its subsidiaries
  • Manage ANTAM fixed term employees in terms of performance (performance appraisal) and related administrative documents (fixed term employees recruitment)
Requirements
  • Male / Female
  • Diploma 4 graduate / possess Bachelor's / Master's degree majoring in: Economics, Law, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, or Management
  • Minimum GPA 3.00 for Diploma 4 graduate / Bachelor's degree and 3.25 for Master's degree
  • Maximum age 45 years old
  • Additional experience or certification in Talent Management is appreciated
  • Have at least 2 years experience in Talent Management or related roles
  • Experienced in the mining industry or related sectors is considered a plus
  • Strong analytical skill and deep understanding of business needs
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Deep understanding of Talent Management best practice
  • Proficiency in the use of human resource management software and related information systems
  • Ability to work together in team and collaborate with various levels of the organization
  • Have a proactive attitude and able to adapt to change
  • Placement in all over Indonesia
  • Contract position(s) available
