Our office is located in Sahid Sudirman Centre with easy access to Minimart, ATM, MRT & Subway, etc.
Responsibilities- Monitor, review, and investigate daily transaction to prevent Fraud attempts
- Analyze data, collect evidence, provide recommendation to prevent Fraud attempts
- Understand SOP to identify unusual transaction behavior
- Look into new trend of Fraud activities
- Min. 3 years experience at fintech or e-commerce industry as Fraud Analyst or similar position;
- Advanced knowledge of any fintech product fraud;
- Possess an excellent communication and able to mediate investigation result with any department;
- Good critical-thinking and problem solving skills;
- Fast adaptability with new tasks.
