Application Specialist (Area Sumatera)

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-user technical training and/or presentations for Lab Diagnostics instruments to drive successful utilization.
• Trains all customers on the Lab Diagnostics instruments prior to the instrument installation
• Provide on-site technical troubleshooting on all Lab Diagnostics instruments and assays
• Performs instrument validations on all Lab Diagnostics instruments
• The Technical Application Specialist will work with Field Service and Customer support to assist in resolving customer issues.
• The Technical Application Specialist will utilize all resources available (both internal & external) to solve problems associated with diagnostics, quality control and customer education.
• All of their actions should be focused on total customer satisfaction

Qualification

• Education min. D3/S1 in Biology/Biotechnology
• Experienced as Application Specialist in Diagnostic/medical device is a plus/ Lab Analyst
