About the Job:
- Offer prompt and efficient end-user support, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting application issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Ensure transparent communication with end-users and internal teams. Keep users informed about issue resolution progress, downtimes, or system changes. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support or development level for comprehensive resolution management.
- Develop and upkeep comprehensive documentation, such as FAQs and troubleshooting guides, aiding both end-users and support staff. Efficiently manage and update the issue tracker to meet SLAs, ensuring a swift resolution, while continually refining FAQs for streamlined problem-solving.
- Support end-users from Eiger Store on the weekend, Saturday, Sunday. Work from Head Office on Wed, Thu, Fri
What you will Need to Succeed :
- Bachelor Degree
- Having 3+ years experiences in Application Support
- Application and Process Knowledge
- Basic Programming PHP, Javascript is a must. Laravel, Vue JS is an advantage
- Familiar with Relational Database and SQL Query is a must
- Work experience in the related field – retail stores and warehouse distribution will be an advantage
