Applications System Specialist - It Department

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer, Trading, Logistics, Finance or related fields
2. Be responsible for keeping the key information of the company confidential
3. Be proactive, have a strong sense of responsibility, be able to withstand pressure, have a sense of teamwork, and be able to withstand work pressure
4. Have strong communication and coordination, learning, innovation and problem-solving abilities, and have a strong sense of service
5. Priority will be given to those with experience in informatization construction in the manufacturing industry
6. Those who are familiar with SAP, UFIDA, Kingdee and other ERP or MES system operators will be given priority
7. Ability to communicate in English both speaking and writing (Mandarin will be a plus)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Assist in promoting and implementing the company's information construction related work, participate in demand analysis, program design, document writing, testing, training online and other related work to ensure the quality of operation project
2. Responsible for assisting in optimizing business processes, proposing solution ideas, and guiding demand departments to implement the plan
3. Assist in organizing project meetings, discuss issues during project promotion, and record meeting minutes
4. Responsible for daily business support and problem follow-up of the information system of each factory
5. Maintain interactions with leaders and users of each factory, and assist digital partners in each factory to formulate and implement systems
6. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders
