Architectural Designer

We are a dynamic Architectural and Engineering firm in search of a skilled and detail-oriented Architecture Designer to enhance our team. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Architectural team and engineer to craft detailed designs and drawings for diverse projects, playing a crucial role in upholding the integrity and safety of our designs.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree in Architecture, or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced English skills, verbal and written are required.
• Accumulate 4+ years of experience in Architecture Design for apartment, hotel, or mixed-use buildings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• Have a solid understanding of architectural principles and construction methods.
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural drawings using CAD software.
• Collaborate with Architects and engineers to comprehend project specifications and requirements.
• Ensure all designs adhere to relevant codes and standards.
• Update and revise drawings based on changes in design or construction.
• Assist in preparing documentation for design presentations and project submissions.
• Participate in coordination meetings to discuss design aspects with the project team.
• You must be a resident of Bandung.
