Architecture Manager

Requirement :

1. Bachelor degree in  Architecture or Interior Design, from reputable university is preferred

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture 

3. Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills

4. Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards

5. Strong conceptual design thinking, good in space planning

6. Skills : AutoCAD, 2D+3D, 3DS Max+Vray, Sketchup, and Adobe Series

7. Positive attitude and result oriented, strong communication skills with pleasant attitude.

8. Having good teamwork ability and leading team staff
Responsibility : 
1. Managing design projects from concept development through to completion

2. Adjusting designs and plans to meet management needs

3. Manage, supervise and coach the Architect team members so that they can improve their capabilities to design advanced works and to produce accurate architect design drawings and shop drawings in the targeted timescale;
