Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience as a lead in Life Insurance or Financial Industry
- Minimal D3
- Preferably Manager specializing in Life Insurance , Financial Industry or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
- Must be comfortable managing communication and relationship with executive level contacts.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
Job Description:
- ABM is required to recruit for a branch that is the responsibility of relatives.
- Obliged to establish and build productive relationships and effective synergy with the bank partner.
- Bank partner is obliged to assist parties, in increasing the number of Customer Base via Natural Market.
- Achieve FYP/month and ANP from the targets given.
- To ensure conditions in a state conductive and responsible about anything that happens in the team.
- Control and monitoring team.
- Control and monitoring report of the Bancassurance Consultant (subordinates), support to RBH (Regional Branch Head) and the Board of Directors (BoD).
- If there is anything else that is not listed above, it remains the responsibility of the ABM who must run and well execute.
