Description

• Lead and control the implementation of strategy and collection activities across branches.
• Monitor branch collection performance and cost efficiencies.
• Responsible for achieving collection targets across branches.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Collection and Recovery Supervisor role in financial institutions
• Must have excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, strong math skills. And good training skills.
• Good management skills with the ability to make decisions in tough circumstances.
• Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness.
• Have a network of Agency Collectors.
