Job Description
- Take charge of implementing strategy and managing collection activities across branches in the specified area
- Create and oversee collection strategies, and track progress across branches
- Monitor the collection performance and cost efficiencies of all branches
- Be accountable for achieving collection targets across branches
- At least a Bachelor's Degree
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role focused on Collection and Recovery within financial institutions
- Must exhibit excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills, as well as strong mathematical abilities. Additionally, proficiency in training is essential
- Display effective management skills, showcasing the ability to make decisions under challenging circumstances
- Demonstrate a high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness
