Area Distributor Executive in Pekanbaru

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any major
• More than 3 (three) years relevant experience in supervisory level in sales, distribution and channel management preferably with multinational Cigarette and/or FMCG Company
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Possess functional skills in distribution management, coverage management and sales business process & system

Responsibilities:

• Implement a standardize coverage strategy in distributor partner coverage area to ensure effective & efficient product distribution
• Plan and monitor sales activity & performance in distributor partner and maintain inventory & service level for all channel
• Conduct administrative process and documentation to ensure compliance with standardized business process
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholder in implementing field marketing program to increase product awareness in the territory
• Maintain, monitor and ensure the team deliver result based on expected target and competencies
