Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any major
- More than 3 (three) years relevant experience in supervisory level in sales, distribution and channel management preferably with multinational Cigarette and/or FMCG Company
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Possess functional skills in distribution management, coverage management and sales business process & system
Responsibilities:
- Implement a standardize coverage strategy in distributor partner coverage area to ensure effective & efficient product distribution
- Plan and monitor sales activity & performance in distributor partner and maintain inventory & service level for all channel
- Conduct administrative process and documentation to ensure compliance with standardized business process
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholder in implementing field marketing program to increase product awareness in the territory
- Maintain, monitor and ensure the team deliver result based on expected target and competencies
