Requirements and Skills
- Leadership, integrity and disciplined
- Proven work experiences as an Area Manager or Manager within the F&B field preferrable within Asian Cuisine
- Other hospitality experiences are welcome
- Competent on Leadership, Training, Team Building and Problem Solving
- Good Communication, sales and problem-solving skills
Duty :
- Monitoring stock of raw materials for sales & Stock Opname
- Develop Sales Strategies Both Offline and Online, Mapping Area
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain good customers relationship and ensure repeat customers
- Respond quickly, efficiently, resolving service issues and accurately to customer complaints
- Improving service methods to increase productivity and maintain high level of customer service
- Organize and supervise shifts, Mandatory training/Refreshment for a team service
- Making daily sales report, inventory daily - monthly, inventory asset
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Check administration and handle all problem at restaurant (Employee - Customer)
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Carrying out Good Receipts, Simple Transfers and Simple Manufacture for All Store & WA Admin
