Job Description
- Design overall regional sales strategy in the regions
- Understand distributorship flow
- Maintaining Sell-in and sell-out in area
- Identify potential partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with network of Small & Medium Businesses in the region
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing merchant by up selling and cross selling existing products
- Hit or exceed revenue forecasts
Requirements
- >3 Years of experience in Sales and Ops
- Strong network and knowledge about district
- Strong business sense and have a good understanding of the markets, customers
- Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a big team, as well as strong in people development, mentoring and coaching
- Comfortable working with target
- Able to recruit top notch talent team, nurture and mentor them
- FMCG or Packaging Company background would be prefferred
