Job Responsibility
- Directly report to Regional Sales Manager.
- Make sure the target and budget are achieved as expected.
- Managing the organization, the teams, and the distributor.
- Develop and executed the sales strategies in area including people.
- Develop new business opportunities and Identify new sales opportunities.
- Reporting.
- Handling complain.
- Building relationships with customers.
- Market intelligence & Competitor activity.
- Selling Yeast Products
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related area.
- Proven work experience as an Area Manager or Sales Supervisor.
- Experience in managing & control the sales team.
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
- Willing to travel frequently to various locations among the responsibilities region.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proficient in English.
- Good Communication, leadership, analytical thinking, result-oriented attitude, trustworthy.
- Able to work independently.
- Have a good experience in B2B and Relationships with Bakery Companies
