Job summary
Responsible for business growth and achievement of sales objectivesEnsure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activitiesLead daily execution with distributor/ internal team and support change management for General Trade channel

Responsibilities
• Ensure strict control of order taking, delivery, merchandising, and consumer engagement at store level• Implement sales & distribution routines at designated area• Contribute to the implementation of Go to Market initiatives• Manage, develop, and lead distributor team• Provide market insight and competitor activity• Responsible for sales forecasts and supply chain synchronization
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree minimum, Master's Degree an advantage• 3-5 years minimum experience in GT Sales & Distribution• Solid experience in leading & managing top-tier distributors• Experience in Go to Market strategy & distributor set-up is a bonus• Strong leadership capabilities & people performance management• Basic GT Sales & Distribution knowledge• Route to Market knowledge & capabilities• Sufficient project management skills• Strong drive & high energy• Comfortable working in a changing environment
