Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the sales agent team
- Recruit Sales Agents (SA), Merchant Development Officers (MDO), and Trainers
- Coordinate, implement, and supervise policies, inspections, and system implementation in various regions
- Investigate and analyze daily orders in partner stores, reporting any abnormalities
- Train and supervise SA and training stores in each cooperative store
- Develop strategies to hit high GMV in successful transactions and increase store sales rate"
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree, any major
- Preferably have experience as a District/Area Sales Manager
- Fluent English skills are advantageous
- Maximum age of 45 years old
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and management experience
- Understand and manage Sales Agents effectively
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PPT)"
