Uraian Tugas

Job Description

  • Design overall regional sales strategy in the regions
  • Understand distributorship flow
  • Maintaining Sell-in and sell-out in area
  • Identify potential partnerships
  • Build and maintain relationships with network of Small & Medium Businesses in the region
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing merchant by up selling and cross selling existing products
  • Hit or exceed revenue forecasts
     

Requirements

  • >3 Years of experience in Sales and Ops
  • Strong network and knowledge about district
  • Strong business sense and have a good understanding of the markets, customers
  • Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills, experienced in managing a big team, as well as strong in people development, mentoring and coaching
  • Comfortable working with target
  • Able to recruit top notch talent team, nurture and mentor them
  • FMCG or Packaging Company background would be prefferred
