Area Sales Promotion Supervisor (Surabaya)

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Business or any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales - Retail/General especialy in FMCG Industry (Personal Care /Skin Care Products).
• Having experiences in Modern Trade, General Trade Channels & Territory Management.
• Required Skill(s): Excellent interpersonal skill, result oriented, self driven, initiative.
• Having good presentation skill & proficiency in english, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo area.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Primarily responsible for selling and promoting products and/or services to channel participants.
• Manages all aspects of the selling process and relationship with channel partners.
• Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory.
• Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts.
• Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and profitable business relationships.
