Area Sales Promotion Supervisor (Tangerang)

REQUIREMENT:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Sales Promotion & Distribution in FMCG Industry for Skincare/Cosmetic Products.
• Having experience in handling MT & GT Channels especially Cosmetic Stores.
• Essential Skill(s): Persuasiveness / Sales Ability, Negotiation, Formal Presentation, Distribution Management.
• Ms. Office literate, especially for Ms. Excel, data-oriented.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

• Responsible to handle our Skincare Product (SAFI) for Tangerang, Jakarta and Pontianak area.
• Maintain and develop sales volume, profitability, Availability & Visibility on a concentration area on specific accounts with run day to day activities through visit regularly the customer, Push order, merchandising activities, store stock level estimation and monitoring competitor activity.
• Administers sales policies and programs to meet sales and profit goals for the territory.
• Pursue sales leads visit existing and new customers; assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services; respond to customer inquiries, and conclude sales orders to meet established revenue targets.
• Applicant who is under 36 years old is preferable.
