PT Mas Mewah, one of subsidiary of Mewah Group is looking for a qualified Area Sales Supervisor (Parepare, West Sulawesi; Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi and Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara).
Job Description:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet revenue targets, focusing on KPIs.
- Lead and manage distributor sales reps to achieve sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
- Provide coaching and training to enhance sales team productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Present sales reports and forecasts to Regional Sales Managers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and innovation.
- Focus on distribution results and end-user activation based on KPIs.
Qualification:
- High School Graduate, Diploma or Bachelor's degree with minimum experience 5 years
- Proven experience in sales & distribution management, preferably in the [specify industry or market]
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving sales growth.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions (computer literacy especially Excel Pivot Data)
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
