- Responsible for business growth and achievement of sales objectives within targeted profitability at designated MT area.
- Ensure best-in-class execution of trade and consumer activities for Modern Trade Channel at designated area. Execute strict control of order taking, delivery, merchandising and consumer engagement at store level to match Picture of Success. Ensure full scope implementation of sales & distribution routines.
- Key contributor in implementation of Go To Market initiatives for Modern Trade Channel at designated area. Implement and monitor daily execution with distributor/ internal team and support change management.
- Implement activities to support Kraft Heinz distribution management strategy for Modern Trade Channel. Standardized practices, follow standard sales process, control & monitoring, performance evaluation, system and organization capability development. Be daily point of contact from Kraft Heinz to distributor(s) for MT channels.
- Accountable of sales forecasts and service level from distributors to customersat designated area.
- Execute Key Account strategies and alignment of store execution with KA agreements and Picture of Success (planograms, multi-touchpoints placement/path-to-purchase, promo activities, consumer engagement, plus supply chain and finance process).
- Manage, develop and lead distributor team for Modern Trade Channel at designated area. Measure and drive team performance, engage distributors to grow and retain top talents.
Requirements :
- Min. Diploma (D3)
- 1-3 years minimum of exceptional work experience in MT Sales & Distribution
- Solid experience in leading & managing top-tier distributors.
- Experience in Go to Market strategy & distributor set-up is a bonus.
- Strong leadership capabilities & people performance management.
