Responsibilities :
Supervise daily activities of distributor's sales and distribution performance
Monitoring and controlling active outlet and brand distribution including brands avaibility & visibility
Achieve sales target, new open outlet target and any others target set by management
Managing, controlling and coaching salesman traditional retail & grocery of distributor
Build and maintain strong relationship with outlet and distributor
Qualifications :
Process at least Associate Degree (D3) in any major
Having at least 1 year of working experience on the same position
Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator/Team Leader in FMCG Industry
Having driver license (mandatory : SIM C)
