QUALIFICATIONS:
● Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Art Education or Graphic Design.
● Holding a teaching certificate is preferred.
● Minimum of two years of teaching experience as an Art Teacher in an English environment.
● Having experiences in a school that uses Cambridge, Singaporean, or IB Curriculum will be an advantage.
● Having experience teaching visual art.
● Having experience handling an art or theater performance.
● Proven self-initiative, creative, and teamwork spirit with an open-minded character.
● Possess strong religious characters.
● Currently not participating as a candidate for Civil Service or Government Staff selection process (for example CPNS, PPPK, etc) or committed to other parties.
● Fluent in English, both oral and written.
● Ready to join in July 2024.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
● Develop complete lesson plans, student assessment strategies, and instructional resources based on students' needs and interests.
● Delivers instructional activities and adjusts them accordingly to ensure students' academic development.
● Works collaboratively with the classroom team to apply the research-based activities within the curriculum implementation.
● Completes regular assessments within the school academic year by having multiple
assessment evidence from various learning activities.
● Do analysis and evaluation of teaching and learning activities.
● Rate, record, and report student's development, progress, and achievement, written in
English.
● Hold parent-teacher conferences throughout the academic year regarding their children's
performance.
● Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
● Maintain an ongoing and comprehensive student profile for each student.
● Completes continuous professional development and applies the knowledge and skills to
support the instructional activities.
● Provide constant guidance and motivation to students.
