Job Description:

• Preparation of annual work plan for land return activities.
• Ensure the implementation of the land return process in accordance with Policy and targets that have been set.
• Ensure that the administration procedure for land swap payments runs in accordance with applicable standards.
• Ensure the land return management systems and procedures in accordance with the target.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Legal, Business, or a related field.
• Land Use Planning and Analytical Skills.
• Experience in Market Research and Acquisitions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• nbExperience in the agricultural or forestry sector is a plus.
