ASSISTANT – COMMERCIAL / EXIM (SHORT-TERM CONTRACT)

Job Descriptions:

• Execute Inbound & Outbound documentation.
• Ensure accurate data entry to meet Customs compliances.
• Update & monitor the Custom BI Portal (IT Inventory) to ensure 100% data in the reports.
• Coordinate with Customs as and when required. (For Approvals, negotiations, etc)

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Degree.
• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Logistics/Shipping department.
• Demonstrates a solid understanding of Logistics, supply chain, or commercial practices.
• Prior experience with data entry using Excel, and familiarity with SAP, would be an advantage.
• Understand the Customs regulations to maintain 100% compliance. (Prefer Kawasan-Berikat)
• Exhibits strong time management abilities and a high level of accuracy.
