Assistant Factory Heads

Job Description

1. Production Supervision:

• Directly supervise the production process and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with established procedures.

• Assist the Factory Head in completing production efficiently and according to the set deadlines.

2. Production Planning and Scheduling:

• Assist in planning and scheduling daily, weekly and monthly production based on production capacity and customer demand.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the availability of raw materials and other resources according to the production schedule.

3. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyze production data to evaluate production performance and efficiency.

• Make regular reports on productivity, quality and production efficiency to management.

Skill Requirements:

1. Understanding the construction and process of making furniture is must.

2. Ability to calculate the size of furniture in the field.

3. Fluent in English.

4. Knowledge of using CNC tools for furniture will be an additional value.
