Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing day to day finance jobs (Preparing payment vouchers, bank book, Sales collection etc)
- Conducting bookkeeping into GL (General Ledger, Trial Balance etc)
- Preparing all reports required for Monthly and Annual Closing
- Preparing Monthly and Annual Tax Reports
- Liaise with external parties (External Auditor, Tax office etc)
- Ad hoc functions
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Having experience with relevant position of 3 years in hospitality/ hotel/ tourism is preferred
- Able to prepare Financial Statement (Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss)
- Team Player and hard worker
- Energic and positive thinking
- Ability to multitask
General Requirements :
- Fluent in English is mandatory, speaking other language (Mandarin and French) is a plus
- Able to work long hour and with tight schedule
- Having good communication skill
- Availability for International mobility for a period of 12 months
- Able to work long hours and work under pressure
